REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Your right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your
order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To use
this right, tell us by email at carlosperez@besmartdeals.com before the
14 days are over. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Our extended 30-day return
On top of your legal right, we accept returns for any reason up to 30 days
after delivery.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging
with all accessories and tags. You may inspect and try the item as you
would in a shop; if the item has lost value because it was handled more
than that, we may reduce your refund accordingly.

How to return an item
1. Email carlosperez@besmartdeals.com with your order number and the item
   you want to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
3. Attach the label and hand the parcel to the carrier.

Return shipping is free when you use the label we send you. Returns sent
back without contacting us first may be delayed, because we cannot match
them to an order.

Your refund
We refund you within 15 days of receiving the returned item, using the
same payment method you used to order. This includes the original standard
shipping cost. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show
the money in your account.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us
within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a
full refund, including all shipping costs, at your choice. This does not
affect your two-year legal guarantee under EU law.

Items we cannot take back
By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed personal-care or
hygiene items once the seal is broken, to goods made to your
specifications, or to gift cards.

Cancelling before dispatch
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and
refund you in full.
