SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to all 27 European Union member states.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of
payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are
processed on the next business day.

Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is:

  
  Rest of the European Union   5 – 8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak
periods or because of circumstances outside our control, such as carrier
delays, customs checks or extreme weather.

Track your order
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel
leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within
3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Failed delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete or
incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it, the carrier will
leave a notice with instructions for a second attempt or pickup. If the
parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Repeat deliveries caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout may
be charged.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us
within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it at no
cost to you.

Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT. Because we ship from within the European Union,
there are no customs duties or import charges on orders delivered inside
the EU.
