Returns
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. In addition, we accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery.
How it works
- Email us your order number at Carlosperez@besmartdeals.com.
- Within 1 business day, we will send you a free return label.
- Return the necklace unworn and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method.
Damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. You will receive a new necklace or a refund, including all shipping costs.
